GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS

All articles to be submitted to the journal should observe the following guidelines, otherwise manuscripts will be returned for desired corrections.

  1. Manuscripts should be free of grammatical and typographical errors.
  2. Follow either British or American English consistently.
  3. The title of the article should be in 12 font size with Times New Roman style. All headings and subheadings should be Bold and 12 font size, while text should be 11 font size.
  4. Line spacing will be Single in the whole manuscript.
  5. The first page of the manuscript should have the title of the paper, name/s of the author/s, followed by current affiliation of the author/s, and contact details (postal addresses, emails, WhatsApp).
  6. There should be an abstract containing 150-200 words, with 3-6 keywords at the end. It should contain key information about the study logically and concisely (including at least objective/s, methodology, and findings/results).
  7. The main body of the article should include an introduction, literature review, research methodology, data analysis and interpretation, discussion of results, and conclusion. If required, other relevant aspects such as recommendations and implications may be added.
  8. The tentative length of each article should be between 4000-6000 words (excluding references).
  9. If the journal has policy of including a book review, its length will be 2000-2500 words.
  10. The author/s will revise the manuscripts as per comments/suggestions of the reviewers within a week or as intimated by the editorial team.
  11. Follow Plagiarism Policy 2023 of Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan to meet research publication ethics. This policy can be accessed online and it allows maximum 19% Similarity Index (SI) but authors are encouraged to submit articles with minimum possible SI, preferably 10% or less.
  12. All correspondence of the corresponding author about the manuscript will be made at the official email of the journal.
  13. Follow APA Manual 7th edition for tables, figures, in-text citations and end references. Avoid too many tables or figures. If tables/figures are essential, include these within the main body of the article.
  14. Latest data sources should be preferred, preferably of the last five years.
  15. For your facilitation, one example of most frequently used types of references (book, book chapter, journal’s article) are given below, however for details consult APA Manual 7 th edition available online. If any software is used, take care of following prescribed format.
