Instructions for Author
Submission Guidelines

All manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the submission form available on our website:

Articles should be submitted in MS Word format (2013 or higher) and must be formatted according to the journal’s guidelines and publication policies.

Only electronic submissions (soft copy) are accepted. The manuscript, including text, tables, and figures, must be contained in a single Microsoft Word file.

Authors must register on the journal website before submitting manuscripts.

If editors receive any allegation of research misconduct, they will follow COPE guidelines (or equivalent) in handling the issue.
Formatting Guidelines

Title:
Bold, centered, typed in capital letters, 13 pt, Times New Roman. -
Author Details:
Centered below the title in 10 pt Times New Roman font, including:-
Full Name

Designation
-
Organization Name
-
City, State, Country
-
E-mail ID
-

Abstract:
Brief abstract of no more than 150 words, justified, italicized, Times New Roman 9 pt. It should concisely summarize the research background, methodology, key findings, and conclusion. -
Keywords:
List 5 to 10 keywords alphabetically, separated by commas, ending with a full stop. Avoid general or plural terms. -
Page Setup:
Page size: 7 inches wide x 9.5 inches height
Margins: 1 inch on all sides
Header and footer: 0.5 inches from the edge -
Manuscript Length and Font:
Between 4000 and 7000 words total, single-spaced, Times New Roman, 10 pt. Please ensure careful proofreading to avoid spelling or grammar errors. -
Tables and Figures:
Incorporate tables and figures within the text at appropriate points.-
Table headings: Times New Roman, Bold, 10 pt, 0.25 inch left indent

Figure captions: Same as tables but placed below the figure and centered.

References:
Alphabetically listed at the end, formatted in APA style only. -
Author Biography:
Each author must submit a brief biography and a photograph along with the Copyright Agreement form.
Manuscript Preparation
Language
Manuscripts must be written in English and submitted online as MS Word attachments.
Length
Manuscripts should be between 4000 and 6000 words. Papers exceeding 6000 words will be returned for abridgment. Use double spacing throughout (including footnotes and references) and wide margins on A4 paper.
Title Page Instructions
The title page must be separate and precede the manuscript text, including:

Title:
Concise, meaningful, free from formulas, abbreviations, or jargon. -
Author(s) Name and Affiliation:
Clearly state full names with family names. Use superscript letters to link authors with their affiliations. Provide full postal addresses, including city and country, email, and telephone number. -
Corresponding Author:
Identify the author responsible for correspondence at all stages, including refereeing, publication, and post-publication. Provide telephone number (with country and area code), email, and complete postal address. -
Sponsoring Information:
Declare if the research was sponsored or supported by any organization or NGO.
Abstract and Keywords

Abstract must be self-contained, summarizing purpose, methodology, and findings within 150 words.

Keywords should be 5-10 terms, avoiding generic words and abbreviations not well recognized in the field.
Manuscript Structure

Divide the manuscript into numbered sections and subsections (e.g., 1., 1.1, 1.1.1). The abstract is excluded from numbering.

Figures, Schemes, and Legends:
Include at the end of the manuscript. Submit high-resolution graphics separately. -
Tables:
Number tables consecutively as they appear. Place captions above tables. Avoid vertical lines and do not convert tables to images. Ensure data is not duplicated elsewhere in the text. -
Formulas:
Use font size consistent with the main text.
References

Follow APA style precisely.

Every cited reference must appear in the reference list and vice versa. Avoid citations in abstracts.

Personal communications and unpublished data should appear in the text only, not in the reference list.
-
“In Press” indicates accepted but not yet published work.
-
For web references, include the full URL and as much additional information as possible (author, publication date, etc.). Web references may be listed separately after the reference list.
